Refund policy

Our 14-day returns policy states that, once you have received an item, you have 14 days to request a return. The cost of returning the item is entirely at the buyer’s expense. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all its tags attached, and must be in its original packaging.

If this is not the case, Le Righe di Forte dei Marmi reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns.

Returns must be sent to the following address: Del Bimbo Ugo, Via di Popogna 55, 57128, Livorno.

Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Shipping costs are not included in the refund.
The refund covers only the value of the returned products.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

Once we have received your return, we will issue a voucher for the value of the product, which can be used towards a new order.

Shipping costs are payable by the customer.

Damage and issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any faults or damage, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and ensure it is resolved.

Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you as to whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund via your original payment method within 10 working days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and reflect the refund.
